About Us
Charles Tinney BSc LLB is the principal of the firm. He was admitted to practice as a lawyer in 1986 and after gaining extensive experience with two prominent city firms, established this practice in Greensborough in 1992. He works in the areas of conveyancing, property law & leases, family law, litigation & debt recovery, business law, probate & deceased estates, wills and powers of attorney.
The practice is now based in Greensborough and Northcote but services clients throughout Melbourne and beyond, the northern and north east suburbs of Melbourne and the Diamond Valley area, including Eltham, Research, Montmorency, Viewbank, Lower Plenty, Diamond Creek, Hurstbridge, Watsonia, Bundoora, Mill Park, South Morang, Thomastown, Lalor, Epping, Doreen, Macleod, Rosanna, Heidelberg, Heidelberg West, Eaglemont, Ivanhoe, Alphington, Fairfield, Clifton Hill, Fitzroy, North Fitzroy, Carlton, North Carlton, Brunswick, Thornbury, Preston and Reservoir.
