A will is a legal document setting out how your assets are to be distributed in the event of your death. If you do not leave a will, your assets will be distributed in accordance with a formula set out in legislation, which can often have serious unintended consequences.
In order to protect the assets and wealth you have built up over a lifetime and have them distributed in accordance with your wishes, it is important to have a will properly prepared by a lawyer.
